I hope this finds you doing well and staying healthy. Thankfully, we are starting to see radiology volume pickup as we continue to ride out the COVID wave downward and our country starts to open up. As we adjust to our “new normal”, we can continue to rely on our NYU alumni family. Likewise, NYU needs every one of us to support the best radiology program in the country!
The 2020-21 Doximity Residency Program Survey is open and we need you to vote for NYU Radiology !
Due to your enthusiastic support in 2019, the NYU Diagnostic Radiology Residency program is ranked #4 in the country based on Doximity voting of radiologists. With your help, we can climb even higher to ensure that our national reputation reflects our outstanding residency training program in the upcoming US News & World Report for Best Radiology Residency rankings! If you are registered with Doximity, you will have a chance to participate in the survey.
**NEW THIS YEAR** — IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE TO VOTE YOU WILL NEED TO BE REGISTERED WITH DOXIMITY AND UPDATE YOUR DOXIMITY PROFILE
to include:
1. Residency Program with number of years attended, located in the “Education & Training” section
2. Board Certification, located in the “Certification & Licensure” section with a currently valid certification (if applicable)
TO VOTE: There are 3 ways you can vote
1. Link in email invitation – If you are registered with Doximity, you may have already received an email from ‘Doximity Residency Navigator’ inviting you to participate in the survey using the link in the email.
- Your Doximity account using the blue Link or “nudge” on the splash page “Submit Nominations” (upper left corner or right lower corner)
- Link directly to survey: https://www.doximity.com/surveys/best_residencies/new
TO REGISTER for Doximity:
· Go to www.doximity.com and register by entering your name on the home screen. Doximity will have a profile for you in their network, pre-populated with AMA and NPI information. You will need to answer questions to verify your identity (birth date, zip code, medical school and graduation year, etc.)
· You may receive options about your address book, which you can bypass by clicking “next”.
· Check to be sure your license and boards are correctly listed under “Profile” (the profile link is in the upper right corner). Under the section “Certification & Licensure,” click “add” or “edit” to update the information.
· You will then receive an email from Doximity confirming your verification and membership status.
· Once verified, you can access the survey by logging into your Doximity account at https://www.doximity.com/signin.
